The Armed Conflict Location and Events Dataset (ACLED) is the most comprehensive public collection of political violence data for developing states across the globe.
ACLED data for Afghanistan captures the locations of poltically violent events, as well as the locations of protests and other non-violent political events that occurred between January 2004 and February 2010.
Each event includes information on the date of the event, its location, the event type, and the groups involved.
